President of the Asia Triathlon Federation, bin Jalawi, crowns the triathlon world champions in Spain.

His Highness Prince Fahad bin Jalawi bin Abdulaziz bin Musaad, President of the Asian Triathlon Federation and Vice President of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, awarded the winners of the Triathlon World Championship held in Malaga, Spain, in the presence of the President of the World Triathlon Federation, Marisol Casado. Several athletes from the Saudi triathlon team participated in the championship across various age categories.


On the international stage, British athlete Alex Yee claimed first place in the men's category after a fiercely competitive race, while French athlete Cassandra Beaugrand secured the women's title for the first time in her career. This championship was part of the series of finals for the Triathlon World Championship, which witnessed intense competition.


On the sidelines of the championship, the General Assembly of the World Triathlon Federation was held, where the new president of the federation, Antonio Armani, was elected for the next four years, along with several committee chairs, in the presence of the esteemed President of the Saudi Triathlon Federation, Eng Ali Magboul.



Additionally, His Highness chaired the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Asian Triathlon Federation, where various aspects related to the development and promotion of the sport in Asia were discussed, focusing on adding more positive elements to enhance the unique role of this sport.
