Brigadier General Ahmed Nasser elected as President of the Arab Triathlon Union by acclamation.

Brigadier General Ahmed Nasser, President of the Egyptian and African Triathlon Federations, won the presidency of the Arab Triathlon Union by acclamation during the General Assembly Elections held in Hurghada's "Sahl Hasheesh" city. The meeting was attended by Marisol Casado, President of the International Triathlon Union and member of the International Olympic Committee.

On Saturday, April 20, 2024, the General Assembly of the African Triathlon Union was held in Hurghada, where Brigadier General Ahmed Nasser was also elected President of the African Triathlon Union by acclamation.
