Saudi Triathlon Federation Participates in Asia Triathlon General Assembly in Osaka

The Saudi Triathlon Federation participated in the 34th General Assembly Meeting of the Asia Triathlon Union, alongside the Asian Triathlon Executive Board Meeting, held in Osaka, Japan. The meetings were chaired by His Highness Prince Fahad bin Jalawi Al SAUD and attended by World Triathlon President Mr. Antonio Arimany.

Representing the Saudi Triathlon Federation were the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Mishal Al-Sulaiman, and the CEO- Secretary General, Mr. Obi Al-Sahaf, alongside representatives of national federations from across Asia.

The meetings reviewed a number of development initiatives aimed at supporting the growth of triathlon across the continent. Key topics included the approval of new member federations, the presentation of age-group development plans, the enhancement of coach education programs, and the development of frameworks for organizing regional and international competitions.

The meetings also included discussions on staging youth races during the T100 World Tour events hosted in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC region.
