Saudi Triathlon Federation Supports Institutional Development of Asian Triathlon

The Shared Services Team of the Saudi Triathlon Federation presented a number of strategic initiatives aimed at developing and enhancing the institutional and operational framework of the Asian Triathlon Federation, during meetings held in Osaka, Japan.
The proposed initiatives included governance enhancement, constitutional development, contract and agreement standardization, the implementation of a shared services model, as well as the establishment and activation of an integrated framework for developing youth age categories, contributing to the sustainability and growth of triathlon across Asia.
The meetings also witnessed the participation of the Federation representatives: Abi Al-Sahaf, Lama Qaisi, and Khaled Al-Khalifa, where their involvement contributed to enhancing dialogue, exchanging expertise, and discussing best practices in governance and institutional development.
This participation comes as part of the Saudi Triathlon Federation’s efforts to support regional and international initiatives, strengthen collaboration frameworks, and achieve the strategic objectives of the Asian Triathlon Federation, ultimately contributing to the development of the sport and improving institutional performance efficiency.
